He was a master chemist dedicated to teaching others
Dr. Massie’s father had asthma. He became a chemist to cure his dad. He worked on the Manhattan Project and was the first black professor at the US Naval Academy. Teaching is where he found his passion. As a professor he taught many students and created treatments for infections.
